Stubbys
Founded in 2000, Stubbys began serving fries out of a fish market on “The strip” – Nantucket’s historic Broad Street – with the simple intent of feeding residents and visitors coming on and off the ferries. Stubbys quickly became a staple of the island’s dining scene earning a die-hard following of locals and tourists of all ages, serving up our take on classic American and Jamaican food.
Via Mare
Opened inside the charming Greydon House boutique hotel in Spring of 2019, Via Mare is the latest project from the folks behind island favorite’s Ventuno Restaurant & Pizzeria Gemelle. A whimsical take on the Venetian tradition of small plate dining & drinking in the spirited taverns known as bacari, Via Mare looks to Venezia’s long history as a central hub in the spice trades & adventurously follows these trade winds in curating their eclectic cuisine, wine & cocktail programs. In other words, it’s Italian-ish. Carefully curated by the celebrated interior design firm Roman & Williams, Via Mare offers you a seat in our Bohemian living-room-cum-bar or an intimate dining room overlooking Broad St, an open air porch & street side cafe-style seating.
Island Coffee Nantucket
We first opened our doors back in 2000 with the same mission as we have today, to provide Nantucket with some amazing tasting coffee, and some fresh baked goodies. With beans roasted here on island, and muffins baked in house, we assure you that you will be getting the boldest coffee & freshest muffins, and other baked goods.

At Company of the Cauldron you will enjoy Chef Keller's old-school approach to hospitality from his open Heston kitchen, focusing on a different menu every night, in a classic prix fixe format, using French technique, sustainable sourcing and the freshest farm-to-table ingredients. It all serves to illuminate the coveted classics and elevate comfort food to a whole new level. The Cauldron throws a dinner party each night for friends we have not met yet, with Chef Keller at the helm, coming out of the kitchen to meet every guest.
